THE FOLLOWING BEVERAGE CATEGORIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR PARTICIPATION:

  • Vodka

  • Alcoholic beverages and other alcoholic beverages (bitter tinctures, gins, tinctures semisweet, aperitifs, dessert drinks, strong liquors, dessert liquors, balms, spirits from grain raw materials whiskey, rum, spirits strong)

  • Cognac, fruit brandy, calvados

  • Honey, grape and fruit vodka, strong fruit drinks

  • Grape wines

  • Sparkling wine

  • Fruit wines, ciders and drinks wine, fruit and berry wines

  • Beer 

  • Water (drinking, mineralized)

  • Non-alcoholic drinks (carbonated, non-carbonated)

  • Kvass fermentation

 

COMPETITION PROGRAM

12.11.2019

 

From 10.00 - registration and acceptance of samples

12.00 - 13.00 - working meeting of the jury members (Prodexpo 2019 exhibition, stand of the Competition)

10.00 -17.00 - tasting assessment of strong alcoholic drinks (RUE “Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food”)

15.00 - 17.00 - seminar "Actual issues of production and promotion of wine products. Formation of national authenticity in the wine industry. ” Presentation of wine products of Pinsk Wine Factory OJSC (Belgospischeprom Concern).

13.11.2019

11.00-13.30 - a round table with representatives of industry associations of brewers and brewing companies of the CIS countries on topical issues in the development of the brewing industry (concern Belgospischeprom).

10.00-17.00 - international tasting assessment of beer and soft drinks (RUE “Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food”).

11.00 - 18.00 - consumer preferences contest at the Contest stand (Prodexpo 2019 exhibition).

19.00 - beer festival (restaurant "Friends").

 

14.11.2019

 

10.00 - 17.00 - international tasting assessment of wine products (RUE “Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food”).

11.00-18.00 - consumer preferences contest at the Contest stand (Prodexpo 2019 exhibition).

17.00 - 19.00 - jury meeting, summing up.

19.00 - closing ceremony of the international competition with the presentation of awards to participants. Gala dinner, show program.

The program for 2020 will be published in September.

 

COMPETITIVE NOMINATIONS

Grand Prix

 

This nomination is awarded to the best product of the category - the winner in the appropriate category by the total score of the tasting parameters.

The best specialized brand

 

This nomination is awarded to a professionally branded product / product line based on the evaluation of the brand's attributes by the expert jury.

 

SPECIAL AWARDS OF THE COMPETITION

Highest customer rating

 

This nomination is awarded to one product in the category based on the results of the tastings in consumer focus groups.

Special prize of jury

This nomination is awarded to individual products of any categories based on the results revealed distinctive features of one of the estimated parameters (soft taste, bouquet, aroma, etc.) which have been noted by all judges during tastings.

Discovery of the year

This nomination is awarded by the Expert Council to new products of any category that have distinctive / innovative properties.

Pride of the brand

This nomination is awarded to the products of the brand which are proposed for evaluation by an expert jury at the initiative of the manufacturer and claim the status of a product in its range. This status is specified in the nomination.

The best manufacturer

 

This nomination is awarded by the Expert Council on set of results of participation in a competition and assessment of the provided information packages of the manufacturer (the approved sample).

The best souvenir product

 

This nomination is awarded to the product in a gift-souvenir package based on the evaluation of the creative idea and execution visualization by a special expert jury.

The best supplier

 

This nomination is awarded by the Expert Council on the results of participation in the competition and assessment of the provided information packages of the manufacturer (the approved sample).

The best packaging / label

 

This nomination is awarded to the product / product line based on the evaluation of content, general visualization and design of packaging / labels by a special expert jury.

The best trading network

 

This nomination is awarded by the expert council based on the results of evaluating the results of participation in the tender and the informational packages of the trading network provided.

 

Opportunities of the participant of the tasting competition 

Prize-winners of the competition have the right to apply the sign ZALATY KELIH and special prize signs of a competition on packing of the won product and also to use them in other purposes of promotion
